Strength & Balance Exercise Classes - An over 60's class in support of the NHS Falls Prevention Service, aimed at improving strength, balance and flexibility to reduce the risk of falls at home and the environment. Wednesday mornings 10:00 am
Boot Camp - Outdoor circuit training with attitude. Friday mornings 9:15am.
