DEVA FITNESS - CLASSES

As well as our personal training we are also involved in leading group training programs and classes.

Total Beginners Running Classes - 12 week programs to take you from zero to 3 mile runs in progressive yet manageable stages.

A proven and successful program which has enabled many, many people to begin their running careers from scratch.  

Saturday mornings 10 am






Running Classes - Follow-on classes which keep the progressive theme to take your running experience to a higher level by improving speed, strength and endurance capacity.
Saturday mornings 11:15 am

Strength & Balance Exercise Classes - An over 60's class funded by the NHS Falls Prevention Service, aimed at improving strength, balance and flexibility to reduce the risk of falls at home and the environment.

Strength & Balance Advanced Exercise Class - Follow-on class to maintain and develop skills.
Wednesday mornings 11:30 am

Boot Camp
- Outdoor circuit training with attitude.
  Friday mornings 9:00am.

Walk & Jog Exercise Classes in the Great Outdoors - Hill walking injected with short and gentle jogging sections aimed at improving your general fitness on some of the less well known paths and trails of the picturesque Peckforton Hills led by experienced instructors.
Tuesday mornings 10 am
