2010
A terrific start to the New Year for running client Kate McGimpsey who ran a personal best time in the Disney Marathon in Florida on Jan 10th. Unusually cold conditions and strong winds made it an even more impressive performance as Kate took minutes off her previous best time. Well done Kate !

Our Running classes continue to attract athletes of all kinds who wish to improve their endurance and stamina.
Alex Chisholm who plays in the Great Britain Ultimate Frisbee team is using her workouts with the DevaFitness Running class to improve her strength & endurance. She likes it so much she brings her mum along too !

October  -  Wirral Seaside Race
Five ladies from the DevaFitness Running Class posed with former European & Commonwealth Marathon Champion Dr Ron Hill MBE, founder of the Ron Hill sports clothing company.
Gale force winds swept the ladies to PB's all round on a beautiful, if blustery, Sunday morning run along the prom.

Ron was in good company with former WORLD Taekwondo Patterns Champion Sara Blagg running with her DevaFitness classmates.
