Poor conditioning and low endurance capacity will result in under-performance and tiredness on the slopes which limits your days skiing and also puts you a greater risk of injury.

We offer personal training sessions which comprise of ski themed, fully functional exercises which are aimed at building strength, endurance and flexibility in the areas of the body most utilised in this demanding activity. Learn how to warm up and cool down appropriately on the slopes by learning these techniques beforehand in the gym with us.
